You'll receive two 5-meter-long agility ladders, two each of six-, nine- and 12-inch high plastic hurdles, a nylon speed chute with adjustable waistband, a nylon speed resistor belt, a nylon speed harness, a solid rubber reaction ball, a nylon evasion belt, ten 9-inch diameter plastic saucer cones and a convenient nylon carrying bag. The resistor belt, speed harness and evasive belt are all designed to be used with another person; the ladders, hurdles, speed chute and ball are perfect for individual workouts.
